Consultation and Concept Development

Initial Consultation: We begin with a one-to-one consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and requirements. Whether you have a clear theme in mind or need some inspiration, I am here to help. This is usually done face-to-face but it can also be done via Zoom.
Venue Decor

From elegant aisle runners to beautiful floral arches, we ensure that your ceremony space is picture-perfect. Discussing each and every element and working out a clear idea of how it should all look.

I work through how you want to transform your room with stunning table settings, centerpieces, lighting, and backdrops that reflect your theme and style.
Floral Arrangements

Floral arrangements and Installations: Working together we will come up with ideas for gorgeous flower columns, hanging arrangements, and/or table centerpieces to add a touch of nature’s beauty.
Lighting and Ambiance

Ambient Lighting: Enhancing the atmosphere with customised lighting solutions, including fairy lights, lanterns, and candles is a must. We will determine what would work best for your personalities and style.
Decorative Props

Decorative Props: Unique props and accessories like lanterns, and photo booth backdrops are often where guests are most excited to add their own stamp and to allow their guests to enjoy every moment.

Concept Creation
Once we have covered everything and you feel happy that nothing has been missed I will then work on the Concept Board. Based on your ideas, I develop a unique styling concept. This includes color schemes, themes, and mood boards to visualize the overall look and feel of your wedding.
Quotation:
As soon as you approve the Concept Board I will make a start on your Quotation. Everything will be explained in a way that helps you to visualise your event and every single room within your venue.
Venue Visit:
As soon as you are confident that I am the right florist/stylist for you, I will book in a visit to your venue. If it is a venue I am familiar with then this is not necessary but for new venues, I always like to introduce myself to the team and familiarise myself with the space.
Styling Execution:
On the day or day before, I arrive early to set up and style the venue, ensuring every detail is in place.
Finishing Touches:
I stay until the last detail is perfect, ensuring that everything looks exactly as you envisioned.
Collection:
I will return to the venue after the day and collect everything leaving the venue exactly how I found it.
