From the moment Samantha and Josh got in touch, I knew their wedding would be something special. Classic and elegant, with soft romantic touches, their vision for Horwood House was all about creating a beautiful and welcoming experience for their guests. With a timeless palette of fresh greens and ivory, every detail was chosen with intention! Refined, seamless, and full of heart.

Horwood House provided the most incredible backdrop, blending grand architecture and gorgeous gardens with an intimate, modern ambience. It was the perfect setting for a celebration filled with love, laughter, and meaningful design moments.

The Vision

Classic | Elegant | Romantic | Guest-Focused

Samantha and Josh wanted a day that felt polished but personal. Floral-forward, atmospheric, and beautifully cohesive from ceremony to reception.

Their top priorities: A romantic vibe with stunning florals. Beautiful stationery and personalised guest details. A seamless experience where guests felt relaxed and looked after.

They loved the idea of lush foliage, crisp whites, and soft candlelight. A design that elevated the natural beauty of Horwood House and gave every space a sense of effortless sophistication.

The Design & Styling

How we brought their vision to life

Every element was considered for both beauty and flow, enhancing the venue’s features while ensuring the transition from “I do” to dining felt connected and intentional.

Ceremony styling focused on soft romance, luxurious florals paired with elegant touches to frame key moments without overpowering the room.

For the reception, we layered textures, varied height, and warm candlelight to create depth and atmosphere. Tables were styled to feel full and engaging while still functional for guests. Lush textural runners of Ivory and Sage chiffon, delicate pedestal bowl arrangements, and thoughtful stationery details that made every place setting feel special.

Floral designs were kept consistent throughout the day, helping the overall aesthetic feel timeless and well-considered from start to finish.

The Flowers

Ivory & White Blooms | Fresh Greenery | Romantic Texture

We used high-quality artificial flowers to create long-lasting designs that were both sustainable and beautifully realistic. The floral palette included Ivory roses and Dahlia and rich green foliage for movement and depth.

Using faux florals meant the couple could enjoy the freshness of their designs without the worry of wilting blooms or seasonal limitations, the beauty lasted all day (and beyond!).

Favourite Details

The personalised touches that made their celebration feel truly theirs included elegant stationery that complemented the colour palette. Soft candlelight adding atmosphere from afternoon to evening. Subtle styling accents that tied each space together beautifully,

and of course, the joy on their faces as they celebrated with the people they love most.
